π Return Eligibility
You may return most physical products within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, in original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.
- A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
- The product was not marked as Final Sale or custom-modified.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item sent).

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt at support. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund at no cost to you.
